Lil Dicky "Save Dat Money"
This song is under the genre of rap/hip hop. This song is the most generic rap video that I know. The name of the song is Save Dat money, so the concept of the video is making a video without spending any money. They talk about the generic things that make up a rap video which are Mansions, expensive cars, half naked girls, boats, drugs and night clubs. This video has all of the things which in my mind makes it the most generic rap video ever.
This song is under the genre of Indie Pop. This video is a good example of indie. Indie videos will usually have a lot of cinematic shots within the video. Like in this video there is a lot of shots of the landscape and the sea. Indie videos usually don't have any performance shots in them, Indie videos mostly have narratives. This video has a typical romance narrative where the man and women slowly fall in love.
